Charlotte Isaksson has a M.Sc. degree in Cognitive Science and studied at Linköping University in Sweden. She has worked with developing the operator environment at Volvo Construction Equipment since 2013 as an HMI Designer. Inside Volvo, Charlotte has conducted many different kind of user studies, worked in projects with focus on the user experience and her biggest achievement is when working with the load assist function for Volvo Co-pilot. Charlotte was a part of the team that brought the Volvo co-pilot to the very top.
