Dr. Shafiq is leading all Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning projects at CEVT, Sweden. He also manages for all academic research project as well as Key Strategic Technologies Areas within CEVT. He has 15+ years of experience in delivering complex technical projects in various industrial application spreading from automotive, mining, forestry, communication, and medicine & neuroscience. Before join CEVT, he has been CTO of 8 Tech International and VideoAKT AB. He has also been affiliated with various universities as Associated Professor in Sweden, UK and China.
