Mr. Gilles Gallée is a Director of Autonomous Vehicle Simulation Solution at Ansys Inc., the world’s largest, independent Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software company (NASDAQ: ANSS). He is responsible for driving an Ansys’ business in this market segment and he acts as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the domain of Autonomous Vehicle simulation solutions including driving simulation and sensor simulation for system and human-in-the-loop applications.

Gilles Gallée received his master’s degree of engineering in computer science and digital image processing from Bordeaux University, France. Before joining Ansys, he has been actively involved in the simulation and virtual reality field for 25 years, serving at organizations like IFSTTAR, a major research institute in transportation, OKTAL, a simulation products company, and OPTIS, a light and vision simulation products company. He has authored about twenty papers, articles, and reports
