Karsten Hoffmeister is currently serving as the Chief Engineer for Assisted and Automated Driving Software at Jaguar Land Rover. His professional interests lie in complex systems, particularly ADAS systems and the associated software development organizations. Prior to this role, he held the position of Vice President at Luxoft, where he concentrated on global technology projects for autonomous vehicles. With a background in software architecture, deep learning, and project delivery, Karsten has accumulated extensive expertise over the years. Before his tenure at Luxoft, he held leadership roles at HELLA, WABCO, and Elektrobit. Karsten holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Vehicle Systems.
