Dr. Stefan Bernsteiner studied automotive engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Graz, over a four-year period, ending in 2007. From 2007 until 2008, he was part of the engine development at Pankl High Performance Pistons. Afterwards he was scientific researcher at the Institute of Automotive Engineering at Graz University of Technology and finished his doctoral degree in the area of automated driving in the year 2015. Since August 2016 he is working on automated driving functions in the Advanced Development department of MAGNA STEYR Fahrzeugtechnik.
