After his studies in Berlin and receiving his Diploma in Computer Engineering, Tom Lueders has been involved in different Software Development and Management positions within High-Tech, Aerospace and Automotive Industries.
After gaining experience in a startup in Berlin, he joined in 2001 Airbus as a Development Engineer and after a few years took on the role as program manager. Focus was on research, development and virtual testing of autonomous aerial vehicles.
From 2008 as Director of the business unit Optronics at Carl-Zeiss AG he was responsible for development, production and sales of high precision optical systems for aerial vehicles.
After his move back to Berlin in 2010 he became a partner of Croniq Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and was heading the business unit consulting, interim management and organization development serving customers worldwide.
Since 2015 he is heading the business unit Testing Solutions of HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH, providing validation and testing of driver assistance systems and autonomous driving.
