Session

2 | Virtual Homologation Café

Tuesday, March 18

11:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Live in Berlin

Less Details

  • How can virtual homologation reduce reliance on physical testing, and what are the advantages of hybrid strategies combining virtual and real-world environments?
  • How can upcoming safety regulations such as NCAP and FMVSS 127 impact the development and testing of autonomous vehicles, and what challenges do they pose?
  • What steps are required to establish internationally accepted standards for virtual homologation while addressing regional regulatory variations effectively?
  • How can virtual simulations be enhanced to accurately replicate real-world dynamics, particularly the interactions between autonomous vehicle sensors and their environments?
  • What are the key challenges in ensuring the reliability, validity, and scalability of virtual homologation processes across different global markets?
