The Pop in Your Job – What drives you? Why do you love your job?
I love being at the forefront of the innovation my client drives. Without being an engineer, this is the closest I can get to witnessing the progress in self-driving car projects. It also does not hurt to be allowed to help creating a trustful relationship with the different teams and solving problems. At Kognic, it is our belief that everything that moves will move autonomously. What keeps me going is that I can ensure that my client’s project will drive this development in time and budget, by connecting my colleague’s knowledge from other projects, my own expertise and additional resources. Finding new ways of improving existing workflows, applying automations wherever possible and learn from the best teams in the industry how to achieve project success is an amazing experience, for which I am quite grateful.
